Concept+Crisis Design
Conceptualization has always been important in the field of Architecture. Three dimensional modeling and ground level illustrations communicate important design options to clients during all phases of a project.

Through workshops, intense design periods, and charettes, projects of any type and size are defined.

The sketches below have successfully been used in spearheading design direction. Bankers/investors packages, proposals, project client reviews, have all benefitted from these illustrative concept designs.

A choice of mediums exists: black and white or tone, mixed media with marker and color pencil. A variety of sizes and papers may be used to achieve the desired effect. Unless the rendering requires exact and specific details, very little information is needed to achieve these broad stroke designs which create a coherent direction and depict an appropriate character for future developments.
